Assisted Plan Management Services Pty. Ltd. (APMS) is an independent plan manager that provides plan management  to our members, so that they may live their best life.

The friendly, knowledgeable and helpful APMS team effectively manages funding requirements, administration responsibilities, the planning and allocation of supports within allocated budgets with service providers, service monitoring and reporting, training and the delivery of supports required to meet our members’ needs.

Our Plan Management services are available for members Queensland-wide.

What We Do

  • Process all of your provider’s invoices within ten (10), but usually within five (5) business days. If there are any problems, we will contact the service provider with your permission.
  • Communicate directly with your service providers regarding the status of payment requests.
  • Show you how to access your portal to view plan balances and invoices.
  • Provide you with current fund balances.

Usually within five (5) and no longer than ten (10) business days after an invoice is received by APMS, we will review for compliance and process it and claim from the NDIS with payment to your service provider.

Our phone app will allow you to view your current plan balance and processed invoices at all times – 24/7. It also allows access for you to pre-approve invoices before payment.

Am I able to pre-approve invoices to be paid?
YES! Our phone app gives you access to a Pre-Approval on all invoices processed.

How quickly will my invoices be paid?

Invoices received by us are usually processed within five (5) business days, but on very infrequent occasions may take longer. Invoices are reviewed for compliance, claimed from the NDIS and then paid to service providers.

How do I know what funds remain on my NDIS Plan?
Every month you will be emailed an end of month statement showing what invoices were paid and the current funds balance remaining on your NDIS plan. Additionally, your current funds balance may also be quickly accessed 24/7 if you use the phone app.
